2. Hot grinding: grind the wood chips at high temperature to form wood fibers.
3. Air washing: wash the wood fibers with air to remove impurities and dry them.
4. Laying: spread the fibers on the conveyor belt and evenly distribute them to form slabs.
5. Cold pressing: compress the slabs at low temperature and pre-press them into boards.
6. Hot pressing: put the pre-pressed boards into the hot press and compress them under high temperature and high pressure to form MDF boards.
7. Cutting: cut the MDF boards into the required size according to the specifications.
8. Stacking: stack the MDF boards neatly for packaging and transportation.
9. Warehousing: the finished MDF boards are stored in the warehouse before distribution.
